"Why is shipping so expensive?"
Our website's shipping algorithm is not always the most accurate, especially with small items or international orders. When the actual cost to ship is less than you were quoted at checkout, we pass the savings on to you. If you prefer to have an accurate quote before you place your order, please get in touch: 609.397.1131 or ask@benchmarkcatalog.com. We typically ship via UPS, but can get you a quote for US Post, which is usually less expensive.
"When can I expect my order?"

We keep a moderate stock of most items available immediately. Certain items are kept offsite or require additional processing - more information is available here.
