Oddy Test Results for the 50mm Poly Strap as follows:
50mm Polyethylene Strap: pH test: passed
50mm Polyethylene Strap: silver foil test: passed
50mm Polyethylene Strap: lead foil test: passed
50mm Polyethylene Strap: copper foil test: passed
The materials which have passed the tests carried out above are safe to use in proximity to art objects and should pose no conservation problems in the Museum setting.
