This small Spider is padded by using three light coats of clear Krylon. The top arm is bent to go through a hole auspiciously located in the artifact.

Bottom arms are "painted-out" to help conceal them and to help us locate the artifact on the mount. These tabs have been hammered slightly to flatten their profile.
